Menopause support

This cream is very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to try a natural way to help their hormones.
I am not able to use any form of HRT due to medical reasons. Menopause symptoms have been debilitating at times.
One of the gals at my local health food store (Debbie’s Health Foods) suggested this cream because many women were saying (in person) how well it helped them.
I have been using this yam cream for just over two weeks now and it is helping my symptoms. I am relieved to have found something that works with my body without negative side effects.
I wanted to also share, from personal experience and research, hormones have a great impact on our musculoskeletal system. I get pain in my hands and wrists. If you want to label it with medical terms - trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, dequervains. I got all of these at one time in menopause and was not able to use my hands.
When I started to treat my hormones, those symptoms went away and I was able to use my hands again. It is still a challenge as I am still working on proper dosage for myself and my body. But I am very optimistic since finding this cream to try.

It Works!!!

The first time I used the Wild Yam Cream with Vitamin E it worked!

I had some symptoms of menopause & a friend of mine had told me use Wild Yam Cream.

I never have had to deal with the hot flashes or problems sleeping since I
started using the cream. I have been using the AT Last Naturals brand for
menopause for YEARS & plan to continue.

If you find something that works, why not keep it up!!!
